Abstract
The system of loan guarantee plays a very important role in the modern economic life. Because of the defects in the current loan guarantee system and legislation, the system of loan guarantee has not moved smoothly , the relevant interests of the creditor and debtor are not well protected and the utility of the guaranty is not properly explored either .We must try every possible means to perfect the present loan guarantee system .
