Abstract

Joint guarantee loan is a special kind in credit guaranty.There are two kinds of loans having been applied in Zhuji city and Kaihua county in Zhejiang province.They have distinct legal characteristics,and make obvious economic and social benefits as well.But joint guarantee loan system still has certain legal issues which need further standardize and improve.
