Abstract

A finite element model of the left front door of a car was set up to carry out the modal analysis using software HyperMesh.The finite frequency as well as vibration types was gained.Besides,the waist stiffness and frame stiffness analysis were also carried out,so as to provide theory basis for car door development in the future.
