Service industry is a important growth point of modern economy,and also is a important symbol of metropolitan modernization.During the process of Shanghai construct the international metropolitan,developing the service industry become the key factor.This paper analyse the gross,develop speed and structure of Shanghai service industry firstly,based on the new trend of international industry transfer-manufacturing industry and service industry all transfer to the developping country,pointed out that only to introduce the modern service industry and upgrade the intensive degree of Shanghai service industry is the rational selection of Shanghai.
