Research on Problems of Reverse Logistics and Countermeasures

With the fierce competition of market,reverse logistics play an increasingly important role in the strategic planning of enterprises.Reverse logistics offer the new opportunities to those manufacturing enterprises that are looking forward to increasing their competitive stength.Manufacturing enterprises should pay full attention to the reverse logistics.They should implement and improve reverse logistics gradually so as to confront with the fierce international competition.Firstly,this paper analyzes the necessity of implement of reverse logistics in enterprises.According to the current problems of reverse logistics development in manufacturing enterprises,this paper propose some constructive measures to promote the rapid development of reverse logistics in manufacturing enterprises lastly.
