Abstract

Food is the basic material for living and developing of people,and food additive is the material which could not be abstained in food manufacture.With the development of society,food safety problems become the general focus of Chinese people.This study introduced the current situation and problems of food additive in China,and analyzed relative question under the new lawFood Safety Law,and suggested the reply measure to solve relative problem.
