Abstract
After three deer powdered milk event,food additive's secure question has become the popular question which the people pay attention generally and urgently await to be solved.The article has discussed food additive security,pointed out the problem about the food additive use and the influence of food additive not use normal,proposed the measure suggestion that strengthen the management on food additive use.
