Abstract
Objective To discuss the value of spiral CTguided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy in treating patients with pulmonary diseases and the corresponding nursing measures. Methods The data of 106 patients with pulmonary diseases treated with spiral CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 106 cases,86 were malignant tumors confirmed by surgery,follow-up survey or clinical examinations,11 cases were benign lesions and the rate of confirmation was 89.62%.3 cases(3.26%) were false negative.Pneumothorax occurred in 9 patients(8.49%).Conclusion Spiral CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy is a safe and valuable method in diagnosing patients with pulmonary diseases.
