Research of the Forming Causes and Optimized Control of the Cotton Enterprise Inventory in Supply Chains

Based on the theory of a comprehensive enterprise inventory management,this paper analyzes such management experience as inventory cost, inventory control,and inventory systematic optimization as well as the previous studies, using inventory management concepts and methods of advanced enterprises. Also, taking large-scale manufacturers as the core research object while integrating the supplier, the manufacturer and the seller into the study framework, the author applies the systematic supply chain theory as the research method, analyzes the present situation of inventory management, affecting factors and reasons, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of inventory control from the facets of production and management optimization, supplier chain integration within the enterprises and with other counterparts, so as to achieve comprehensive inventory optimization and increased operational benefits.
