Abstract

From perspective of general value theory and internal structure of value ideas,this paper hackle,conclude and analyze Lao-Zhuang's outlook of value ideas,which can be concluded to several aspects:value subject consciousness of the Harmony between Man and Tao,Tao follows natureand Tao is Principal Value,Relativism of value standard such asdeconstruct differences between good and evil,behavior orientation of value ofGet rid of 'holiness' and abandon 'wisdom' and Governing by Noninterference,practical strategies of value of Return is motion of Tao,Softening is its function,value ideal of returning to original nature and small state with few people.
