Abstract

There is a serious shortage of high-quality teachers in training talent for logistics industry and there exist such problems as the weak practical links and indefinite training target which is divorced from social demand,the lack of fine high-quality materials and the unreasonable establishing of courses.The paperholds that building a comprehensive logistics and communication platform and enhancing the training of modern logistics personnel is an effective mode of training talent for modern logistics.
