Private property right is the most basic material guarantee that makes individual maintain its survival and development,as it is an indispensable fundamental right for individual to be people,and it is not the right that the property is regarded as a thing,but the right that individual can dominate the thing as people do,a basic right of human rights.Property right,right of life and liberty are known as three basic human rights,and property right is a foundation stone of the mansion of human rights.Property right forms material base and condition that can bring right of life and liberty into play,and it is the result of natural extension of right of life and liberty.Right of life and liberty are unrealistic without the base of property right,the safer property right is,right of life is more secure,and liberty is much truer and firmer.
