The Environmental Right:One of New Modern Human Rights

Abstract

Human rights are the basic rights of human being,and environmental right is derived from them.The right to life lies in the central core of human fights.Environmental right is not a right that can be waived or surrendered. Without environmental right,it is impossible to guarantee the right to life that lies in the traditional human right system. Environmental right comes from the right to life but it is beyond the right to life.Environmental right is one of new mod- em human rights.
