The rule of law requires that the only standard which regulates the nation and social life is law.Being the basis of the rule of law,the law must be better law and can not deviate from the base of morality.The course of enforcing law needs the support of morality.The basis of abiding by law lies in a kind of self discipline.From the course of legislation to the course of enforcing law,from the subject of executing the law to the subject of abiding by the law,it is suitable that the basis of law is morality.
