On the Law in Harnessing the Mine Disaster in Coal Mines

Abstract

Mine disaster refers to the disaster that happens in mines.Frequent mine disasters have aroused increasing extensive concern from all walks of life.As the current law is somewhat backward and imperfect,the effective harness of the mine disaster has become a problem.In order to reduce and prevent mine accidents,and protect the legal rights of miners,we must construct and perfect he legal system in harnessing mine disasters.
