Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of the non- invasive ventilator combined with naloxone therapy chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation( AECOPD) and type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods: A total of 78 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation( AECOPD) and type Ⅱ respiratory failure were randomly divided into control and observation group on march 2011 to September 2013,Two groups were given conventional treatment and non- invasive mechanical ventilation, simultaneously, the observation group was given naloxone on intravenous injection. Two groups were compared on clinical symptoms and blood gas analysis. Results: Total effective rate of observation group was 90. 00%,higher than 72. 05% of control group( P 0. 05); Improvement of blood gas analysis of p H,Pa O2,Pa CO2 on observation group were better than the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusions: It is significant effect on the non- invasive ventilator combined with naloxone therapy chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation( AECOPD) and type Ⅱ respiratory failure, and can significantly improve outcomes of blood gas analysis.
