Abstract

In this essay, taking the OD value of Bacillus natto suspension liquid as detection standards to study the cultivation conditions of Bacillus natto, discussed the effect of seed age, inoculation amount, temperature and time on the growth of Bacillus natto and determined the most appropriate age of seed was 22h,the best amount of inoculation was 5%.The best fermentation process was determined that the fermentation temperature was 35℃ and the fermentation time was 25h.
