Abstract
Objective:To determine the content of saponinsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ4 in Parispolyphylla from different regions of Yunnan Province. Methods:Waters C18 column was used,acetonitrile-water gradient elution, flow rate 1.0mL/min,column temperature at 30℃,UV detection at 203nm.Results:4 kinds of saponins had a favorable linearity in the range of 0.384-8.16μg.Average recovery rate of loading was 97.7%-99.1%.The difference of 4 kinds of saponins in Parispolyphylla from diverse regions in Yunnan province was significant. The sequence was Ⅰ(0.979%),Ⅱ(0.492%),Ⅶ(0.097%),Ⅵ(0.004%).Total content of wild Parispolyphylla was higher than manual cultivation. Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate for the content determination of four steroidal saponins from Parispolyphylla.
