Abstract
A fuzzy control strategy based on voltage and temperature change for battery charge and discharge was proposed to overcome shortcomings of conventional voltage and temperature control methods for battery charge and discharge.Test result shows that this control strategy can make battery charge and discharge more efficient and can extend battery life.
