Process Management of School-based Training

School-based training is one of the important ways for teachers to grow professionally.To secure the high quality of school-based training,the management of the training process must be strengthened.First,teachers' teaching concept should be changed by directing;second,teachers must be stimulated by both their needs and their students' needs;third,these teachers' lectures should be evaluated to stimulate them to do better;fourth,teachers need to get involved in doing research to improve their teaching;fifth,rules should be established to ensure the completeness of the training;last,the effectiveness of the training should be measured according to the degree of improvement in a teacher's lecture.Only when all these are done can the quality of school-based training be secured.
