A Study on Administrative Permission Modification

With administrative permission modification as a specific form of decision on administrative permission,the executive can only initiate a change process upon applicationbut notex officio. Despite that the administrative permission assignment,the licensee renamed,and administrative revocation are very similar to the consequences of the administrative permission modification,they are different in the legal basis,thus having significant differences in the application rules. Such provisions as on the nature,content and procedures of administrative permission modification must be well defined in the Law for Administrative Permission,so as to standardize the practices concerned.
