Due Process of Administrative Permission Modification

The implement of Administrative Permission Law can not standardize and regulate the actions about administrative permission modification smoothly.One after another corruption cases about real estate and urban planning are the clear proofs.This paper discusses the choices of the control to administrative permission modification firstly.In the review of Administrative Permission Law of China and the relational legislations of foreign countries,this paper suggests rebuilding the due process about administrative permission modification.
