Abstract

A nano TiO2-K2Cr2O7 synergistic photocatalytic oxidation system was used to determine dye concentration. Through orthogonal experimental design,we studied the influencing factors on dye digestion such as pH,TiO2 dosage, the initial concentration of K2Cr2O7,reaction temperature and UV irradiation time. The results showed that the influence degree of each factor was: pH K2Cr2O7 initial concentration TiO2 dosage, reaction temperature and irradiation time had the minor effects. According to the results, the optimal digestion conditions were as follows: pH = 1. 0,TiO2 dosage =1. 0g·L- 1,K2Cr2O7 initial concentration =10mmol·L- 1,reaction temperature =90℃,and irradiation time =12min.
