Abstract
As folk custom, Part-time Learning and military tradition were prevailing in the Middle Region of Gansu Province in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Part-time Learning and military tradition have an effect in cultural inheritance Imperial Examination and traditional folk life in the middle region of Gansu Province in the history. Meanwhile, the Part-time Learning and the military tradition had close connection with the social situation in the Ming and Qing dynasties.
