Abstract

According to the complex topography ,especially mountain area, this paper adopted the new traverse in a hydroelectric engineering, which avoid the tree to chop down and insure orientation to see good. Making use of total station and MATLAB6.1 that process observation data, the coordinate value of point are worked out by the method of rigorous adjustment. Its validity and feasibility are proved by example.
