Abstract
Objective To detect the relationship of Apolipoprotein E (ApoE) polymorphism with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods ApoE genotypes of 63 cases with CHD and 90 cases of control were detected by PCR RFLP.ApoE genotypes and alleles frequencies were compared.Results The frequencies of e 4 allele in patients with CHD(12 70%) was higher than that in control subjects(5 55%)( P 0 05).Conclusion Apo e 4 allele is probably the genetic marker of CHD.\;
