Progress and lessons summarized from the emergency work of the M7.0 Lushan Earthquake

The work of rapid earthquake information report,earthquake emergency action plan,earthquake emergency preparation,practice of the technique system of earthquake emergency direction and comprehensive ability of protecting against and mitigating earthquake disasters for county and municipality levels after the M7.0 Lushan Earthquake on 20 April 2013 are analyzed in this paper.Our summary indicates that the earthquake emergency work was carried out smoothly and benefited from some special advantageous factors.In order to deal with the earthquake emergency work after other strong earthquake in Sichuan Province,some suggestions of improving the weaken link of the earthquake emergency are brought out.
