Whole Process Management of University Laboratory Safety

As an important part of laboratory construction and development,laboratory safety management is a basic guarantee for the teaching and research activities. In this paper,through an analysis of the present situation and the practice of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities,whole process management measures are put forward. The measures include perfecting management institution through implementing the security responsibility system,improving safety management level through standardizing the system,intensifying supervision through tracking hidden dangers,strengthening safety education to produce safety culture atmosphere,reinforcing special equipment management,paying close attention to dangerous drug supervision,improving the emergency mechanism and raising the level of individual protection.
