Clinical observation on combination effect of salbutamol and Budesonide in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To study the effect of Salbutamol combined with budesonide in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods One hundred patients with COPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group,there were fifty cases in each group.Patients in observation group were treated with combined treatment of Salbutamol and Budesonide besides routine therapeutic regimen,while the patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy of Budesonide,then after the treatment compared and analyzed the indicators blood gas,1ung function,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between patients of these two groups.Results The indicators of blood gas,1ung function and the clinical efficacy analysis were compared after the treatment,and their difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).The diference in corresponding indicators between these two groups was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Salbutamol joint with Budesonide was more effective than the application of single drug,and it is an effective choice for treatment of patients with COPD,and it can improve the quality of life of patients and worthy of clinical application..
