This article discusses the meaning of the construction of agricultural college library website which serves for Agriculture,Rural Areas and Peasantry.It introduces the advantages and points out the methods and the shortcomings.It suggests that it should establish the service concept,explore the service mechanism,innovate the service model,expand the time and the space of services,improve the service method.
