Abstract
The rule thought of Oin Dynasty is a kind of eclectic thought.It makes use of theology thought of the religion to deify and rule.The religious theology thought has played a great role in the political economic life in Qin Dynasty,which had safeguarded and consolidated the ruling Qin Dynasty and also promoted the extinction of the Dynasty.
