Abstract

Land-expropriated farmer is a special group in the process of urbanization. It is high time to establish a safe social security system for them. Land-expropriated farmer loses the material foundation of their life. To establish social security for them is the obligation of the government. The paper talks about the principle of establishing the social security,suggests that join the Land-expropriated farmer into the city social security.
