Abstract
Objective To investigate the study of percutaneous coronary intervention treatment in patients with left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in ischemic cardiomyopathy. Methods 72 cases of ICM patients admitted to hospital cardiology from October 2009 to June 2010 were randomly divided into two groups. The study group(36 cases) PCI combination with drug therapy, and the control group(36 cases) simple drug treatment respectively. Before treatment, after 6 months and 12 months when the line of echocardiography, the two sets of patients with left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic diameter were compared, and discharged the occurrence of cardiovascular events during the year. Results Left ventricular function improvement in the study group was significantly better than the control group(P 0.05).The incidence of acute left ventricular failure, acute myocardial infarction, cardiac death, cardiovascular events during the year in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion PCI has a good effect on treating ICM,compared with medication alone PCI and drug-combination therapy a better improvement in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy left ventricular function, but also can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.
