Analysis of serum allergen and total IgE of patients with allergil disease

Objective To investigate the specific clinic allergen and serum immunoglobulin E(IgE) levels in 112 patients with common allergic disease.Methods Enzyme immunoassay method was sed to detect the specific allergen and total serum IgE level.Results The derrnatophagoides pteronysinus(53/112) was the most common allergen in inhalation group in 112 patients with allergic disease,dust mite(43/112)was the next,then was mum,rose,dandelion(31/112),artemisia,plantain(22/112),polyvalent fungus(17/112),dogly,feline scurf(15/112),osier,elm(11/112);while in food group,the most common allergen was oceanic fish(25/112),then was fresh and tender shellfish,langouste(20/112),shrimp,crab(15/112),mutton,beef and pork(15/112),milk(13/112),egg white,vitellus(8/112),mealie,wheat(3/112).Total IgE level of patients with atopic dermatitis,urticaria,irritability coryza,eczema was the highest in turn,the positive rates were 75%,66.7%,62.5%,60.86%.Conclusion Enzyme immunoassay method can help us to find relevant allergen and provide foundation of the prevention and treatment of allergic disease.
