A Review on the Legislation of China′s Environmental Crime Potential Damage Offense

Abstract
As for the environmental crime,the present criminal legislation in China only requires the fact of causing severe results as the essential prerequisite,which does no good to protect environment.This article discusses the necessity of penalizing the environment criminal potential damage offense and suggests adding some articles to penalize it in amending the present criminal law or releasing the special criminal legislation.
