Abstract
The applied study of physical mutagenesis, chemical mutagenesis and protoplast mutagenesis werediscussed on Spirulina breeding.Among them the physical and chemical mutation breeding was widely used.They influenced the morphological features, grow speed, optimum growth temperature, biochemical compositionand production.In most case, these effects were better.The protoplast mutagenesis on Spirulina needed to beresearched further.
