Research on Constructing Mode of China Modern Industry System under Globalization Conditions

This paper develops a division model of two countries and stages, explores the goal mode and scientific evolution path under globalization conditions. China must construct modern industry system to convert vertical international division to horizontal international in order to raise status in global division situation. It is the key steps to upgrade factor endowment and form new comparative advantage by the accumulation of knowledge. Some corporation may not realize their value chain upgrading because product space affects technology space of industry upgrading greatly.Developing modern industry system need market integration, and cooperates the factor endowment upgrading,value chain upgrading and the optimization of the spatial structure.
