Criminal Law:a"Great Chapter"about Kindhearted Citizens

Abstract

The protection of human rights by Criminal Law is not only a most complex problem, but also an unavoidable one. however, the domestical circle had few special works on the topic. In the thesis, two questions about human rights are first discussed: the conception and three basic patterns. And the protection of human rights by Criminal Law is its internal value and inherent function. The present condition of the protection of human rights by Criminal Law of commonalty are analyzed. Studying the 1997 Code of Criminal Law totally, we can draw a conclusion that is has proved itself to be aGreat Chapter aboutKindhearted Citizens. If we want to really realize the change from Legal Human Rights to Actual Human Rights, we should carry out correctly the Basic Principles of Criminal Law.
