Abstract

The key of the scientific strategic choice for the colleges and universities Science is to seize the opportunity to meet the challenges and implement the effective strategic management.On the basis of the analysis of the connotation characteristics of a strategic choice,clarify the strategic choice that based on the strategy information,begins with a strategic assessment,strategic program which aimed at the identification,then made the scientific measures of the strategic choice for colleges and universities.
