Comparative Study of the Application Effect of Plastic Fiber Post and Pre Fiber Post in Dental Restoration

Objective:To analyze and compare the application effect of plastic fiber post and pre fiber post in dental restoration.Method:82 patients with denture in the stomatology of our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the order of admission,41 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated by plastic fiber post material,and the patients in the experimental group were treated by pre fiber post material.The repair effect,the repair of the teeth,single fiber post required time,complications and patient satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result:The repair success rate of the experimental group was(97.56%) significantly higher than 70.73% of the control group,the repair success rate of teeth in the experimental group was(93.33%) significantly higher than 60.78% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The single fiber post required time of the experimental group was(68.23±17.06)min,which was significantly shorter than(107.44±26.86)min of the control group,the complication rate was(4.88%) significantly lower than 31.71% of the control group,the patient satisfaction was(97.56%) significantly higher than 73.17% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application value of pre fiber post in dental restoration is high,the patient teeth efficiency increased significantly,the number of successful restoration is also significantly improved,the clinical effect is better than plasticity fiber piles,with good safety,high patient satisfaction,is worthy of clinical promotion.
