The Analysis of New Concepts for Legal Education in the Process of Building a Harmonious Society

Abstract

The harsh condition of employment for legal students indicates that the traditional legal education could not satisfy the need of social reality.There is a new historical opportunity for the development of legal education provided by the strategic decision made by the Central Government to build a harmonious socialist society.The article puts forward some countermeasures of broadening views of lega education development based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes,aiming at deepening the reform and meeting the requirements of the legal profession.
