Abstract
In this paper,the development and working performance of actuators and electronic control hardware of GD-1 high pressure common rail fuel injection system is described in brief.The MC68332,which has high data manipulation,has been used in ECU successfully.With the designed periphery circuit and control strategies,the reliable control of common rail pressure,injection quantity,injection timing and injection rate are realized by the ECU.The tests show that the diesel engine with GD-1 system can build fuel pressure rapidly and start all right,at the same time,the idle speed is lower and smoother,and noise is smaller.
