New theory on employability and problem of employment of the students in higher vocational colleges under the financial crisis

The arrival of the financial crisis makes it more difficult for the college students to get a job,especially the students in higher vocational colleges because of the lower levels of education,specialty restriction and no enough competitive advantages.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the employment market of the students in higher vocational colleges and discusses the reasons of the employment difficulty.It expounds the problem of employment from the following aspects: government's creation for a good employment competition environment;the vocational college's market oriented method to improve the graduates' comprehensive ability;college-enterprise association;order-oriented training and trinity.
