On the Strategies for the Development of the Fanpai Miao People's Wooden Drum Dance

Under the circumstances of social change,the inheritance and development of the Fanpai Miao people's wooden drum dance is facing challenge of contemporary times,resulting in the change of organization,functional value,development space,mentality culture and performance forms. In order to better inherit and develop this dance,it is suggested that we strengthen its publicity,improve its reputation,emphasize theoretical research,innovate its development,introduce it into classrooms,cultivate its cultural recognition and enhance ties with local tourism.
