On the Deficiency of"Tort Liability Law"and Its Perfection

In December 2009,the passage of tort liability law marks the completion of main part of the Chinese Civil Code.However,there are still many problems about the law,including: exceeding the legislative authority and the unlawful legislature bodies,lack of clear legislative basis,and obscure relationship between tort liability law and the other parts of civil law, deficiency of education tort system.In building law in the future,we can take some measures, for example,amending the tort liability law,making regulations,and so on,to make up for the deficiency of the tort liability law.
