Abstract
The human resource is the key factor on promoting the competition and development of higher vocational colleges,and the management of human resource is the core of management of higher vocational colleges.This article analyzes the existing problems of the present exploitation of human resource in higher vocational colleges of our country,and comes up with scientific and reasonable new concepts and methods of the management of human resource in higher vocational colleges,which can really help us establish the sustainable and developing system of quality insurance of higher vocational colleges.
