Abstract
Compared with the undergraduate colleges, the teaching condition of higher vocational colleges is lagging behind, which determines that their human resource management model should break the traditional personnel management system to maximize our own potential talent within the body. This paper analyzes the status of human resources management in higher vocational colleges, combined with the current actual situation, putting forward a scientific model which is suitable for higher vocational institutions, emphasizing the PeopleOriented soft management system.
