Abstract

Building energy efficiency of Chongqing is expounded as example,analyzing the measure for achieving the level of residential building energy efficiency 65% in areas featured by hot summer and cold winter.The result indicate,based on the standard of 50% energy efficiency,the residential building could meet the requirement of building energy efficiency 65% with strengthening the ventilation during spring and autumn and utilizing 4th energy efficiency ratio for air conditioning.
