Current status and countermeasures on food safety in China

Abstract

The current situation of food safety in China was overviewed and the current situation of food safety problems in China was analyzed.Through the analysis on the current situation of food safety,the prevention measures for preventing the occurrence of food safety accidents such as enhancing propagating and teaching,making and improving our food quality and safety laws and regulations and supervision detection system of aquatic food products,and perfecting the quality of food safety system were suggested.
