Ponder over the Team Coaching of Graduation Design(thesis) of Materials Specialty

The major problems of teaching resource, quality sense and teaching management existing in graduation design (thesis) of materials specialty were concluded in this paper. The advantages of the team coaching were discussed, which is an advanced method due to sharing of high-quality resource and improvement of graduation design (thesis) quality. The feasibility of the team coaching relied on research teams was analyzed for graduation design of materials specialty in the school of materials science and engineering.
